Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know.
General
Deploying a workflow is simple. Once you purchase or select a workflow, go to your Portal Library. Each workflow includes a 'Deploy' button that provides the n8n JSON file and environment configuration instructions. You can then import this directly into your n8n instance.
R7P8 is a premium marketplace for n8n workflows, built for engineers and enterprises who need battle-tested, high-performance automation logic without building from scratch.
Licensing & Billing
Our licenses are tiered based on usage depth. Starter licenses are for personal or small team use. Professional allows up to 5 team members and higher execution volumes, while Enterprise removes all limits and includes dedicated support.
Due to the digital nature of workflows, we typically don't offer refunds once downloaded. However, if a workflow is fundamentally broken or doesn't match the description, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Technical
Most R7P8 workflows use environment variables for credentials and configuration. We provide a sample `.env` file for every workflow. You can set these in your n8n instance settings or your docker-compose file.
Yes! You can use our Cloud-hosted environments or connect your own self-hosted n8n instance via API to sync workflows and monitor performance directly from the R7P8 dashboard.
We never store your actual credentials. We recommend using n8n's native credential encryption and, for enterprise users, connecting to an external Vault (like HashiCorp Vault) which R7P8 supports.
